This a great place, in a great neighborhood, great restaurants and coffee shops,with easy bus, uber, and walking access to everywhere. It's a modern design with everything you need. While it's surface and appearance is generally clean, it's in need of a deeper clean and better air conditioning.

It was an amazing view, we were lucky enough to get fireworks every night at 8:45 it was truly magical.
